This policy is required also under Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 (hereafter, “GDPR”) on personal data protection for anyone who interacts with the web services of Vsolutions srl, which can be accessed via the Internet at: www.vsolutions.it corresponding to the home page of the official website of Vsolutions srl.

This document was drawn up in accordance with domestic and EU legislation on personal data processing (EU Regulation No 2016/679).

DATA CONTROLLER

When visiting this website, personally identified or identifiable data may be processed. Data controller is Vsolutions srl with registered offices in Via Mazzini, n. 62 - 36027 Rosà (VI) - Italy, which is responsible for the decisions on purpose, methods, logics and tools of data processing, data management operations concerning the collection, processing, comparison, deletion, modification and dissemination of personal data, security measures in data storage.

The Data Controller processes personal, identifying and non-sensitive data (in particular, name, surname, email, telephone number - hereinafter, "personal data" or, also, "data") which are provided upon contact requests on the Data Controller's website.

The data processor is Vsolutions srl domiciled for the performance of the assignment at its headquarters of Via Mazzini, n. 62 - 36027 Rosà (VI) Italy.

LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING

Any processing of data related to the web services of this website shall be carried out at the aforementioned headquarters of Vsolutions srl and shall be performed by technical staff assigned to this task or by any employees in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data from the web service shall be distributed or disclosed. Any personal data submitted by users requesting the sending of information material (such as newsletters etc.) shall be used exclusively for the purpose of providing such service or the requested actions.

The site also has an informative function. Except in cases governed by the Law, there is no provision for the collection of personal data of any user who is merely surfing, and the data concerned by processing consists exclusively of common data. In certain cases, such as the "contact us" section, the user is requested to fill in a data collection form, which lists as mandatory the provisions of the user's e-mail address, in order to allow Vsolutions srl to process requests submitted through the "contact us" section. Vsolutions srl may also share your personal data with other partners, or with service providers with whom it has a contractual relationship and who collaborate in the activities, in order to offer joint content and services, such as registration and customer care, which will operate as independent data controllers or data processors; employees and collaborators of the Data Controller, in their capacity as internal data processors and/or system administrators;

DATA TRANSFER

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union and belonging to the Data Controller and/or third party companies which are appointed and duly named as Data Processors. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union. It remains in any case understood that the Owner, if necessary, will have the right to move the location of the servers in Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In this case, the Data Controller hereby guarantees that the transfer of data outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions by entering, if necessary, agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or by adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

The subjects to whom the personal data refers are entitled to receive, at any time, confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data, information on the content and source, to verify the correctness of the data or request data integration, update or correction (please see Article 15 and following of GDPR). OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

DATA PROCESSING METHODS

The Data Controller adopts specific security measures in order to guarantee the processing of data, with particular regards to preventing the loss of such data, illicit or incorrect use or any unauthorized access to databases. The processing of personal data is carried out through the operations indicated in art. 4 n. 2) GDPR and precisely: collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction of data.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

The period of retention of the processing for contractual purposes coincides with the duration of the contractual relationship, while the period linked to the fulfilment of legal obligations is prescribed by law. In relation to the purposes of direct marketing, business partners and profiling, the retention period of the processing coincides with the duration of the contractual relationship and, in any case, the data subject has the right to revoke the consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

COOKIES

This website does not intentionally collect any users' personal data. Cookies are not used to send personal information, nor are so-called persistent cookies of any type used, or rather user tracking systems. The use of so-called session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user's computer and are deleted when the browser is closed) is strictly limited to sending session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) that are required so the website may be browsed effectively and securely. The session cookies used on this website do not use any other computer processes that could potentially jeopardise the user's browsing privacy and they do not acquire any personal data that could identify the user
